Refund & Return Policy

We order on your behalf

FixCheck is not the manufacturer or seller of record. We source and order the parts in your kit from third-party suppliers on your behalf. The supplier is the seller of record for the parts you receive.

Fitment is based on your answers

Fitment is verified against the VIN and answers you provide at checkout, plus public fitment data. We save your FitCheck answers with your order. Any wrong-fitment claim is reviewed against those saved answers — if the part matches what you told us, the claim may not qualify for a return.

Returns and restocking

If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping and a supplier restocking fee. We pass through the supplier's actual restocking and return-shipping costs and do not mark them up.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed after the supplier accepts the return and the parts are received back. Authorized payments that are not yet captured are released if your order is cancelled before capture.

Fix It Forward contributions

An optional Fix It Forward contribution is captured with your order. If you cancel the order before capture, the contribution is released; after capture it is not refunded unless you ask. It is a gift to help pay for a car repair for someone who can't afford one and is not tax-deductible.
